INSPIRITO is a  Vocal Ensemble for women's voices, in Gibsons,  BC, on the Sunshine Coast.  Under the Artistic Direction of Sarona Mynhardt the Choir rehearses every Monday evening from September to June. Sarona believes that good vocal technique is the foundation for artistic excellence. She focuses on alignment, breath support,  shaping and projection of sound, balance, and ultimately true connection to the text. Singers enjoy repertoire in a variety of styles from Classical Music to Contemporary Choral Compositions, Broadway, Jazz, Folk and African Music. 

Music ignites all areas of child development and skills for school readiness, including intellectual, social-emotional, motor, language, and overall literacy. It helps the body and the mind work together. Exposing children to music during early development helps them learn the sounds and meanings of words. Dancing to music helps children build motor skills while allowing them to practice self-expression. ​​
